Lady takes legal action against Redeem Church to LASEPA for Disturbing Her with Its Noise

Fed up with the noise pollution they cause, a Nigerian lady reported a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worship centre close to her house to LASEPA


According to her, the church disturbed her with its noise every time, making it difficult for her to have a decent sleep or take calls


She shared how she went about the process and the resultant effect since the Lagos agency looked into the matter




A Nigerian lady has reported a worship centre of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) to the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) over noise pollution. The lady identified as Oreoluwa disclosed this in a tweet on Saturday, January 28, heaving a sigh of relief that the agency gave her a call with the promis address the issue.

Sad Sunday as Corps Member Who Died In Lagos Train Accident Buried amidst tears  The remains of Oreoluwa Aina, a 28-year-old National Youth Corps Member who was involved in the Lagos train accident which occurred on Thursday, March 9, have been laid to rest. Aina was among the six victims who were confirmed dead after a train crushed a Lagos State Government staff bus at PWD, Ikeja area of the state. The late corps member, who was serving with the Curriculum Services Department of the Lagos State Ministry of Education in Alausa was buried on Saturday at Atan cemetery. A delegation of the state government led by the Commissioner for Education, Folasade Adefisayo, was present at the burial. Father dies while fighting school bus driver who allegedly defiled daughter

  A 47-year-old man has lost his life for standing up to a school bus driver who allegedly defiled his seven-year-old daughter. The deceased, identified simply as Federick, died on the school premises in a scuffle with the driver, known as Jacob. Frederick had gone to meet the school’s management in the company of his widow and their daughter to narrate their daughter’s experience with Jacob and to ask for immediate action. After he died in the scuffle, Jacob absconded from the scene, leading to a manhunt by the police. The spokesman for the police in Lagos State, SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the incident and said the police were on the trail of the driver and would not relent until he is brought to book.
